It is a beautiful day for Yoga

Hello Everyone:
I just started taking Yoga a few weeks ago and I love it.   It is perfect for all ages and activity levels.
It is a perfect approach to exercise.  I do believe it keeps me in good posture and flexibility.  Tomorrow I go to class again. I'll keep you informed.

Saturday January 8th, 2011 in Beautiful Palm Springs the annual People Helping People had their fashion show. The models were proud to walk the stage and help raise money for

People Helping People. It was a perfect day and the ladies and gentlemen walked the stage and

were helped up in down by the handsome men in tuxedo's. Stacy Nix enjoyed her

long beautiful gown as you can see in the photo.

ENJOY EACH MOMENT IN YOUR LIFE AS IF IT WAS YOUR LAST.

Life is so short.

I just woke up, and it is time to go to bed. You ask, "what did she mean by that statement." Well, yesterday is gone. All we really have of yesterday is its memories. You can't go back, but you can enjoy each moment in time, if you focus on what is happening good in you life. Think back twenty years, if you are old enough. Where were you at that time? What were you doing? Who were you with. Time goes faster than we think. Many days there just isn't enough hours in the day. My point is, enjoy each moment of your life, as if it was your last.

Happy New Year to all

I wish everyone that follows me a Happy New Year. Don't forget to do your goals. Write them down and make sure you add exercise and time, for yourself, in your plan. Take time to read, and if you are a writer like me, set a time each day to do your writing. You can get sidetracked so easy. I hope this is the year for

everyone to get their books published and all of your dreams come true.

WHO IS LOOKING AT MY BLOG?????

DO YOU EVER WONDER, WHO IS LOOKING AT YOUR YOUR BLOG????? Well, do you ever wonder? Is it your daily diary, or is it newsworthy? Does it make someone laugh or cry? Do they read it all the way through to the bottom?



I have a daily Proverb at the bottom. Today it says:



An anxious heart weighs a man down, but a kind word cheers him up....... Proverbs 12:25



Also I have a daily Puppy at the bottom of my Blog. If I can make one person smile with my blog it is worth all my hours of writing. If I make someone cry, I'm sorry. I hope the tears are tears of joy....



Sometimes life is heavy on our hearts. And that is the truth.
